Fourteen lots in the Homeruskwartier in Almere have been reserved for freestanding wooden residences. The clients lot lies at the edge of the park with plenty of sunlight and a beautiful view over the surrounding green landscape. The roof structure is extended to the ground to close the residence off on the north side. The WRC wooden shingles continue until they hit the ground.

A bay and a balcony on the south side increase the view and connection to the surrounding park. An open area on the south side provides a spacious feel to the interior of the residence.
