A 100-year old farmhouse with barn which is located in De Krim has been redesigned to function as a residence. The farm consists of an 8x10 meter front section and a 10x20 meter barn at the back. The structural design shows a clear divide between the front section of the farmhouse and the barn at the back. Because of its structural, historical and functional significance, this divide has been maintained in the new design.
The producers of the show thought that ORGA architect’s design for the renovation of the farmhouse was quite special and asked him to appear on the show.
